General Purpose of Contract:
Loaning of 1mil with 1.5mil payback

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @monkeyBUTT244, will pay @TomKellyCreeper $1,000,000 ECD in at most 1 day of this contract being accepted. I will then wait 3 weeks as of payment of the initial $1,000,000 ECD to receive a total of $1,500,000 ECD from @TomKellyCreeper. If payment is late as well as late fees which will be explained later on, I will file a complaint using the screenshots from in-game and this contract as evidence.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@TomKellyCreeper must pay back $1,500,000 ECD to me, @monkeyBUTT244, in 3 weeks upon payment of the initial $1,000,000. He can pay in increments or all at once, but it must all be in in 3 weeks as of the initial payment. If the payment not on time, @TomKellyCreeper will owe an additional $25,000 ECD per day missed, with a maximum late time of 1 week. This 1 week will start right as payment becomes late, which is 3 weeks from initial payment of $1,000,000. If payment is late, @TomKellyCreeper will owe a total of $1,675,000 ECD. (Including late fees.)

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
