I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. IGN: @jmichael214 I, as another party to this contract, agree to the terms laid out for me to uphold, and understand that failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract: I agree, with the clarification that if payment is not made in full by the 2 month mark, I will forfeit the town of Southcaster to the ownership of @voltair42, not just forfeit it.
Ok, just one thing. Please state which world the town of SouthCaster is in. Both users will need to reagree. Also, just to get this straight, if @jmichael214 fails to pay back, the town of SouthCaster will be offered in compensation correct? And if this town is not offered, then a complaint will be filed.
