[Contract] Land Clearing/Filling

General Purpose of Contract:
To get an area of land cleared/filled (will soon be the town oasis_hills)

I @Jacob43365 agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
-I will pay $25,000 ECD to @mlg7775 within 24 hours of contract approval
-I will add @mlg7775 as a member of the town within 24 hours of when the town is claimed and I gain ownership. He will be kept as member until the job is completed.
-I will provide any extra dirt needed to cover y=64

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@mlg7775 :

-Will fill in all holes/water with dirt, cobble, stone or sand up until y=63. Y=64 will be filled with only dirt.
Area to be filled:
A: 2088 65 1995
B: 1888 65 1995
C: 1885 65 2195
D: 2088 65 2195
-He will be given 2 weeks (14 days) to finish this after contract approval.
-He will not destroy any already built roads on in the area.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: I agree
