IGN: @Ladyvamptress Users Involved in this Contract: @Ladyvamptress and @Tinkman65 General Purpose of Contract: Renting out my Diamond Axe (with Eff V, Unbreaking III) and my Diamond Pickaxe (with Eff V, Unbreaking III, and Fortune III) to @Tinkman65 I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @Ladyvamptress agree to lead out both of the named tools to @Tinkman65 for a max of 7 days. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Tinkman65 will initially pay me $300 ECD before I give him the tools, then after today, pay me $500 ECD a day for each day he posses the tools. @Tinkman65 may return the tools to me before the 7 day period is up, but keep them no longer than the 7 day period. The tools are due back in my hand by 11:59pm (EST) on December 21, 2014. If the tools become broken or lost, it is @Tinkman65 responsibly to replace them either by replacing the exact tool he lost or by giving me the worth of that tool Pickaxe valued at $16k Axe valued at $10k I @Ladyvamptress have a right to file a complaint after December 21, 2014 if the tools or a replacement (money for value of tool(s)) is not given back to me. I also do not mind renting them out long, but another contract must be made! I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I, @Tinkman65 agree to the contract above initiated by @@Ladyvamptress and will initially pay 300$ for the both tools for today and add 500$ for each following day as of the date 12/14/14 until the date of 12/21/14 when the tools are dued back to the respectful owner. I also will make sure the tools are fully repaired when dued back
