IGN: synss Users Involved in this Contract: deadly_reaper and trevalyfar General Purpose of Contract: I am to purchase fly from deadly_reaper for 380k. I will transfer the 380k to trevalyfar upfront who will act as a middle man in this deal. He will hold the funds until I receive the donation feature from dealy_reaper, or return the 380k if the donation hasnt been received within 1 week of this contract. Once I have received the fly donation feature I will notify trevalynfar and he will release the funds to deadly_reaper. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will transfer 380k to trevalyfar before the donation is bought. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Deadly_reaper is to purchase fly for me once trevalyfar receives the 380k. Trevalynfar is to release the funds to deadly_reaper once I receive my donation feature. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk.
