General Purpose of Contract:

• @_Royal_Vulpes_ will be purchasing the Patron Rank feature for me in exchange for 421,875 ECD.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• I will pay @_Royal_Vulpes_ 421,875 (four hundred twenty-one thousands and eight hundred seventy-five) ECD within 24 hours of this contract being accepted.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• @_Royal_Vulpes_ will purchase the Patron Rank feature for me within 24 hours of my payment.
  • Said feature is currently on sale for USD 56.25: in case the sale ends before he can materially purchase the feature, and only in that case, he will have the option (but not the obligation) to return me the money I paid him, without purchasing the feature.
  • In other words, he has the right to consider this contract void only in case the feature's cost is raised before he can make the purchase, and happily pay me back the exact amount of ECD I paid him (421,875) instead. Should he chose so, he will pay me back within 24 hours of my payment.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
