General Purpose of Contract:
Safe Efficiency 7 Pickaxe Rental.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
frosty_louis12 will give me 45k . After the payment is made, I will give frosty_louis12my Efficiency 7 Unb3 SilkTouch1 Pickaxe to use for 24 hours. After the 24 hours are up, he will give the Eff7 Unb3 Silktouch1 pickaxe back.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
1.frosty_louis12 will NOT break the pickaxe.
2. frosty_louis12will NOT loose the pickaxe.
3. Each transfer of the pickaxe for e-repairs MUST be through a chest.
4. The transfer of the pickaxe from myself to him and him to myself MUST be through a chest.
5. frosty_louis12 must ONLY get e-repairs from Falconaire, nickel, seawiiplay, tomkellycreeper, acidspiral, or oreo1227, snackmac, or any moderator+. If none of these users are able to, frosty_louis12 can use another TRUSTED user to erepair it.
6. frosty_louis12 will not sell the pickaxe.
7. Frosty_louis12 will pay me 45,000 ECD.

If any of these 4 rules are broken, or my Efficiency 7, Silk touch 1, Unbreaking 3 Pickaxe is not returned in 24 hours of when this contract is approved, frosty_louis12will have 2 weeks to pay 650k ecd or a new Eff7, Silk1, Unb3 Pickaxe to me.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
