IGN: @twistedjonny Users Involved in this Contract: @DiamondDesire General Purpose of Contract: The sale of @twistedjonny's Eff7 to @DiamondDesire I, @twistedjonny, agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will transfer ownership of the tool #JB6MZPCP to @DiamondDesire within 24-48 hours After the total amount of $1,170,000 ($370,000 upfront due within 24 hours of contract approval, and $800,000 via payments at $50,000 per week for 16 weeks) is payed. The payments will be completed at the rate of $50,000 per week (16 signs) for 16 weeks, and @twistedjonny will not remove any money from a sign until that signs payment is payed in full. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @DiamondDesire will pay $370,000 upfront and $50,000 weekly to @twistedjonny for a total of 16 weeks ($1,170,000 total ecd), to signs located at /warp twistedcity. The first payment will be due on the first date listed below. Should the eff7 be lost/broken/stolen or otherwise destroyed, all payments will still be made. Payment Schedule will be as follows per @DiamondDesire 31st December 2017 7th January 2018 14th January 2018 21st January 2018 28th January 2018 4th February 2018 11th February 2018 18th February 2018 25th February 2018 4th March 2018 11th March 2018 18th March 2018 25th March 2018 1st April 2018 8th April 2018 15th April 2018 I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
