IGN: Lee1104 Users Involved in this Contract: revanrose6 General Purpose of Contract: Safely renting out my Eff7 pickaxe I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will rent out my Eff7 Unb3 Silk1 pickaxe to revanrose6 for exactly 7 days from when this contract is approved by a moderator. I will subtract $5,000 from the rental fee everytime I need to use the pickaxe for 1 hour. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: revanrose6 will return my Eff7 Unb3 Silk1 pickaxe as soon as it has been 7 days from when this contract is approved by a moderator. revanrose6 will also pay a total of $150,000 within 3 hours of the rental expiring. If revanrose6 does not return the Eff7 Unb3 Silk1 pickaxe, he/she will owe a total of $600,000 or 1500 nstars within 2 weeks + the $150,000 rental fee. If I need to use the pickaxe for whatever reason, I will subtract $5,000 per hour from the $150,000 rental fee. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
