All users listed must sign.> General Purpose of Contract: Eff7 Pick Rental <general outline of what the contract is for.> I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will lend my Eff7 unb3 silk1 diamond pickaxe to schloty21 until the date 8/31/13 12 PM EST <list here terms that you will uphold in this contract.> The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Schloty will have the pick until the date 8/31/13 12 PM EST, and that's when he will return the pick back to me. He will also pay me 50k on 8/31/13 on return.
