I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I shale add @obblebobble to both Divinity and Sancuts_real upon the reception of the $250k ecd. I will remove myself. @obblebobble will be the only listed owner, as well as sole owner of both towns. I will not reclaim the town nor will I take back the town. @obblebobble has full ownership of both towns. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @obblebobble will pay me, @minecraftninja05, $250k ecd, and in return receive full ownership of both towns. All $ is upfront.
