    jvhosmufffin will be paying me 12k. Then I will make him co-mayor of my town until July 30th. This time is his to add people for perms for HIS PLOTS FARM ONLY. If he adds anyone to a diff plot, or someone he adds griefs, then i will automatically kick him from being co-mayor. On July 30th I will remove him from co-mayor regardless.

    edit: instead of him being removed for grief he will reimburse damages and keep position
