General Purpose of Contract:
General agreement for @voltair42 to become co-mayor of Town of Southcaster

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
Because I need assistance with day-to-day management of the Town of Southcaster, I am hiring @voltair42 to be Co-Mayor of the town. I am not transferring any ownership interest in the town, but I am giving @voltair42 full and equal authority to act as co-mayor, subject to the limitations contained in the next section.

Upon approval of this contract by staff, @jmichael214 will add @voltair42 as co-Mayor of Southcaster region.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
1. @voltair42 is not authorized to remove @jmichael214 from this town ever, for any reason.
2. @voltair42 has full authority to advertise and sell plots, prebuilts or condos in Southcaster, and to keep one-half of the proceeds from all sales made by @voltair42 or @jmichael214. As @jmichael214 will not be paying @voltair42 a salary for co-Mayoring, this will be @voltair42's compensation.
3. @voltair42 has full authority to add players to Southcaster, provided that all players agree to abide by all rules, either by post on the town thread, or by screenshot kept by @voltair42 for as long as that player is a member.
4. @voltair42 has authority to hire investigators at his own expense, and to investigate any suspected grief or breach of rules. @voltair42 also has full authority to remove players from Southcaster for significant violation of server or town rules, but may not remove players for other reasons without agreement by @jmichael214.
5. This agreement can be terminated at any time by @jmichael214

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
