IGN: @lapkingkn Users Involved in this Contract: @lapkingkn, @zr2002 General Purpose of Contract: Transfer Ownership of LapkingsGrandCasino & LapkingCasino(Town) to @zr2002 I (@lapkingkn ) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will give @zr2002 the Casino & full ownership to the town once this contract has been approved The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: After @zr2002 gets the full ownership to the casino & town it will be his unless i am active again meaning i'm playing everyday for 7 days then i shall have the ownership back, Anything he sells in the casino (ranks) i will receive 50% of that payment, and he will pay it in the [Staff Tax] lift sign in front of the /warp lapkingcasino. He will also collect 10% of [Casino Staff]-[Casino HeadStaff] profit tax and will also pay it in the [Staff Tax] lift up sign. @zr2002 will also report to me if anything happens in the casino in forum pm for example ranks sold, staff list, etc. He must not sell the casino or transfer ownership to anyone else it is his unless i come back, If i return to ECC meaning that i'm starting to play more that ownership will be mine again if i request it. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
