[Contract] Building job

General Purpose of Contract:
This contract is to secure the transaction between @DCxCyBeR employing @OlympiansAreGods to build a vault, in the town of firelake, and @DCxCyBeR to pay the cost in weekly amounts.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

- I agree to build a 10 floor vault located at /rg I firelake in rising, (coords to edge of the vault space X: 13732 Y: 63 Z: 10695)
- I agree to finish building this vault by 22nd October 2016
- I agree to pay @DCxCyBeR the full amount he paid by the time 22nd October 2016 has passed if the build has not been completed.
- I agree to keep the money @DCxCyBeR has paid in the sign located at X: 13762 Y: 52 Z: 10700 (Rising) until the build has been completed.

- I agree to supply all blocks and items needed to build the vault.


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

- @DCxCyBeR agrees to pay 250k to the sign located at X: 13762 Y: 52 Z: 10700 by 22nd October 2016.

- @DCxCyBeR agrees to pay 6000 ECD a day into the sign until the fully amount has been paid in the time specified.
- @DCxCyBeR agrees to not remove @OlympiansAreGods from the members list of /rg I Firelake until the build has been completed.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
