[Contract] Access and Residence in Averlight

General Purpose of Contract:
Permanent access and residence in Averlight.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
*I agree to provide permanent member access to the town of Averlight (my personal redstone vault), under the following terms:
**I reserve the right to suspend permission access to either Zardgyer or MattBrpQc at any reasonable suspicion that the account is compromised. I also reserve the right to suspend permission access in the event that either user is banned for any period of time. In both cases, permission access may be reinstated at such a time that they speak to me regarding their actions. If I feel that my redstone collection, vault, or any other feature of my town may be unsafe by allowing them to return under these circumstances, I may allow them to collect their belongings and evict them.
**I reserve the right to immediately evict them upon any amount of grief found in their names. In these cases, another staff member will be called in to assess the situation. Should the amount of grief be non-bannable, mild or moderate in the opinion of the staff member brought to the situation, the user in question will have 2 weeks to become in good standing with the server and come to collect their things. In the event of a major grief, the user in question will forfeit any belonging they have kept in the town immediately.
**Getting banned for x-ray is immediate eviction, and all belongings belonging to that user in the town will be immediately considered illegitimate and appropriately disposed of.
*I agree to provide one (1) storage facility of each Zardgyer and MattBrpQc's choice (out of 12) at such a time they are built. Size choices will be 240, 492 or 540 chests and material may be stone brick, quartz, netherbrick or sandstone. I provide no guarantee/timeline as to when these will be completed and ready for access.
*I agree to provide appropriate payment created on a task-by-task basis for any help I request of either user when it comes to help with the town of Averlight. I shall not push in the case that either are unavailable for any reason, and will ask them to do any of these tasks when they are available and have the time.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Both Zardgyer and MattBrpQc will agree to the following terms, and come to an agreement on their own terms for terms that are dependent on the other:
*Both users agree to the living terms as outlined in yellow text above, and understand that they are fully bound by the rules laid out in it. Either user may opt out of these conditions at any time and collect their belongings, leave, and lose perms, with no breach of contract. Any changes to the terms will be communicated and agreed upon by the users involved before any official changes to this agreement is made.
*They agree that unless otherwise instructed by Skylexia, they are not to touch anything in the town outside of their personal storage facilities provided by her.
*They agree that while they may decorate their facilities, they may not change the basic infrastructure of the facilities, as the facilities will also serve as examples for others.
*The facilities that the users may choose can be 1 of 3 sizes (240, 492, or 540 chests) and made of 1 of 4 materials (stone brick, quartz, netherbrick, or sandstone). The users may not pick the exact same size and material; 1 of the 2 variables must differ from one another. (For example, they can both pick a 492 size but they couldn't both be netherbrick; they could only both be netherbrick if one of them picks a different size.) It will be up to each Zardgyer and MattBrpQc to resolve any conflicts caused by this condition on size and material for each of their facilities. They understand that Skylexia does not provide any guarantee/timeline as to when these facilities are complete, but retain the right to claim one upon their completion so long as this contract remains active.
*They agree to help Sky out as they are available and as she needs, for appropriate payment decided on a task-by-task basis. If an agreed-to task is incomplete for any reason and payment has already been given, they must inform Sky by any means possible ASAP.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
