IGN: @Whammerist5 Users Involved in this Contract: @Schmeelke General Purpose of Contract: This contract is for a 75k loan to @Schmeelke. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: Within 12 hours of this contract being approved, I will pay @Schmeelke $75,000.o0 ECD. I will then set up a trade sign where @Schmeelke can pay $90,000.00 ECD in exchange for 1 dirt at /warp babylon. The trade sing will be in Rising, at co-ordinates, -715 65 2073. Once I am added to @Schmeelke's town, "kadara", in Legacy, I may not create or destroy any blocks in the town. If I do so, it will be a breach of contract. If @Schmeelke pays back the loan within 15 days of the contract being approved, I will remove myself as owner from the town of "kadara" of Legacy. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Schmeelke, within 12 hours of this contract being approved, will need to add me as owner to his town, "kadara" in Legacy. @Whammerist5 must stay as owner of this town until the loan is paid back. @Schmeelke will be be required to pay 90k to @Whammerist5 at the Trade Sign listed above within 15 days of this contract being approved. if they fail to pay the 90k on time they have 3 days to remove all owners besides @Whammerist5. If @Schmeelke fails to pay off the loan in time he will not be allowed to create/destroy any blocks in the town. If he does this it will result in a breach of contract. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. Also please state when you will create the trade sign. When will you be added to this town? Please also state here when the loan is due. This part is a bit confusing. I would change it to if they fail to pay the 90k on time they have 3 days to remove all owners besides you. Please state the world that this is in Same thing here @Schmeelke you will need to re-sign after the changes are made.

Sorry, one last thing. This part is a bit confusing. Have it say something like "If schmeelke fails to pay off the loan in time he will not be allowed to create/destroy any blocks in the town. If he does this will result in a breach of contract." @Schmeelke you will need to re-agree again.
