General Purpose of Contract:Shotgunboy0130 will provide a copy of the first floor of my pumpkin farm 10 blocks above.​

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:​

-I will pay shotgunboy0130 $85,000 Eco$​

-Farm will be constructed 10 blocks above above Emerald within 7 days (Today is November 2nd, 2013)​

-42,500$ of the 85k will be paid upfront. If time goes over 7 days, my money is to be returned.​

-No griefing​

-1 layer of stone below dirt​

-water will be placed (must be still)​

-1 layer of dirt​

- Shotgunboy0130 may use the farm to farm seeds.​

-All materials will be provided by shotgunboy0130​

-The layout of floor 1 will be identical to that of floor 2​

- farm is to be 200x200​
