I still think that stealing my Melon Sword breaks the trust that you have made with me, and that the contract is void because of it.
I did not 'stole' your melon sword, I did not scam you or anything because we did such no agreement. While you broke an official contract we made.
Of course you would like ECC and staff to believe you, but you have hurt me and if you want the materials in the clan base back, the ones you placed, then I will gladly return those to you.
MCHelix3000 you must abide by the terms of the contract or you will be in default. Do you have any evidence of the Melon Sword to be returned or theft records?
I posted a complaint, and the staff said they could do nothing about it. I would like pruneda98 to say that he will not change the region by placing or destroying blocks, because I am still not happy with him not returning my melon sword that he borrowed and still being an owner of the region.
I would like to request that the staff debate this before I add him back. Otherwise, I would like to create an alternate contract since I feel very uncomfortable adding him back because of the unfortunate event that my Melon Sword was not returned. He did not steal it, but he did not return it either.
Pruneda98 Please let us know when you have received back the co-ownership to the town. MCHelix3000 As there is no evidence for the other case it is not relevant to this one. Please just abide by your contract and once you have done so this complaint will have been settled.
This made me really upset. I'm sorry Helix for the loss of your melon sword. I now know how it feels for something you earned over time with such determination to be taken from you. It makes me sad that Pruneda98 had the intentions to pretend to be your friend just to find a way around the rules and take the sword. It sickens me to see someone not give back an item from a friend who trusted them. To not give it back because "there's no evidence". Preneda should return it because he knows its such a wrong and inhumane thing to do. You might think I'll wish Pruneda the worst because of this, but I honestly do not. I really just hope he decides to change for the better and realize how important it is to be able to call someone a friend. That's all I really needed to say though.
