I have discussed this issue with Clou44 in-game. Firstly, I want to say that there is lack of evidence to this complaint. There are so many scenarios where this could be a falsely built up complaint, which actually seems to me longer and longer that it indeed is.
As iOrbit said, I spoke with him in game. zorracraft do you have any additional evidence? I will leave this thread open for 24 hours before posting our verdict. Left open for 24 hours for additional evidence.
clou44 - Still with the lack of evidence, I would like to approach this situation in a most more friendly manner. I would like to talk to zorracraft since I believe there was a guilty part in both parties. Zorracraft was one of the people I most enjoyed talking to In-game. A good mate. I'd be willing to talk to him and hopefully settle things right with him if he agrees.
After discussing the situation with the other staff members, we have come to the conclusion that zorracraft has not provided enough evidence of the deal for us to confirm that iorbit has broken any rules. I suggest you come to a new agreement with each other regarding this situation. In the future, please be sure to take screenshots of the entire agreement, including any payments. You can read about collecting evidence on our wiki. http://ecocitycraft.com/wiki/index.php?title=Collecting_Proper_Evidence Also, as a note, evidence collected in languages other than English are accepted as long as there is a moderator who understands said language, but collecting evidence in another language may delay a complaint, should one need to be filed. Denied, Lack of evidence.
