Hello, Although it might seem like this "lotto hax" is a real hack, there is not. The advertisement was basically for a lucky emerald, which is not against the rules, nor is it really a hack, but more of a playful object. Therefore this is not really a break of the rules, and Ill be dismissing it. Locked and Dismissed. No Rules Broken.
