Felon Username: OgzCheetos Complaint: User has scammed me 1.1 MILLION ecd Evidence:http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/contract.73169/#post-354632 Additional Information: He has payed only a measly 200k of this, and despite me offering to extend the time, shorten the debt, he continues to inist he must buy another eff7 pickaxe before paying me back. This is where I draw the line, I will not be pushed around and if you don't want to pay me back, fine enjoy your ban. EDIT: In the contract, the initial total is 1mil, -200k he has payed= 900k. Now, plus the 11 days he has gone without paying 30k or more is + 165000, plsu 40k of late fees= 1.15million need to pay me back. I'm tagging Gogoplatau Because i have talked with him numerous times on this, so he knows all about it, if the staff decided he will handle this complaint, that would be preferred but if not, I don't mind.
I can not accsess my screenshots right now, i am at school, and i will be without power at my house until tommorow, Original_Jackson has offered to lower the debt, i agreed to that, he told me that i have 4 weeks to pay off 450k and then we will be done with the debt, i have screens of this, but as i said i will not be able to post them until later tonight or tommorow. i have already informed Original_Jackson that i will be without power, this is why he decided to file a complaint. if you decide to ban me, fine, i will appeal with all the screens that he has offered to lower it and that he says that i only have 450k left to pay. But if you can wait until i get my power back then i will be able to post my screens of him saying this.

Ok, i was afk when you pmed me about that. and we agreed on it b4 hand. and no where in the complaint does it say i will get banned if not payed, there will just be fees added to the payment. Ogz, all that matters if the original contract. KMaxwell technically, in the contract it sates that he has to pay everyday atleast 30k until the end, or he adds 15k total each day, "the end" indicates the contracts ending, which was Monday the 28th, so is it legal for him to say he can just keep putting it off for say, a year, and then just never pay me? Something needs to be done about this, he owes me 1 MILLION ecd and he is trying to squirm his way out of it.
Original_Jackson when was the last time you received a daily payment from OGzCheetos ? Also what is the total amount paid thus far?
Want to know why I didn't pay for 3 weeks? I asked him if I can wait to buy another eff7 and he said yes. Until 3 days ago. He changed his mind and I gave him my whole balance of 100k. So he's not telling you the whole story.
This part of the Complaint is irrelevant, being as you do not actually have screenshots to back this up. From what I can see, you have not been paying back the debt you owe Original_Jackson, that is the real problem here. I'd like a solution to be drawn up, and soon. From what I can see with the evidence both of you have compiled, the money that was required to be paid back was dropped to 650k as stated in-game (this is shown in OGzCheetos's screenshots), and OG paid 100k quickly after this. You may correct me if I'm wrong, but this makes the new payback 550k now. We do not allow you to postpone paying off a debt indefinitely, that is completely against what Contracts are about. I would like you both to come to a new resolution for when this 550k will be paid off, and how you will do so. Once you come to this resolution, I expect a new Contract to be created. This new Contract should include a strict date in which this money must be paid back on, or face a breach of contract. Original_Jackson OGzCheetos
I do not mean to be rude but I tried to and still will go back on the deal, it was never set as a contract. For example, if I try to buy a Giftcard for 60k from Joe, I pay joe and we agree ingame. Joe then finds out his credit card is out of money, joe insists on paying back the 60k, can I report and have him banned for scamming? The mods would say since joe stated he wants to go back on the deal before using the money, you would let him.
I'm not completely sure what you're trying to say here, but you agreed in-game to alter the payback amount to 650k and you both were proceeding with those new standards. This is shown clearly in OG's screenshots. That's a completely different situation than refunding a player after realizing you messed up with a Credit Card. My original statement remains; I expect you two to discuss between yourselves, through PM's on the forums or otherwise, how the 550k will be paid off in a timely manner. If a party refuses to come to terms with the other, Staff will handle it accordingly.
