Removed me from their town without showing reason/proof of reason

KingBreakerMike removed me from his town with not proof of reason. Reason being I was offline for a week. But he has no proof of it. I was online yesterday {October 25th 2013} and my plot was fine and everything was there, then I come back today and it's all gone. I also remember TELLING him I was going to be gone for a while and he said he understood, but I have no evidence as he has added me as the Co-Mayor of the town and trusted him very much. Also, as Co-Mayor I designed the interior of his town farm and if I am still going to be removed from his town then I believe the things I have done for the town as a Co-Mayor should also be rolled back. I request a roll back to get my stuff back. He has never talked to me about this and I was online the very day before all my stuff was gone. I believe I had well over 3-4 chests full of my items including a ton of valuables I worked very hard to get {Saddles, Horse Armor, Nametags, etc.} He cleared my plot and gave everything away within one night I was offline and I request I get rollback or something done about this. I just got my new account {theAngelEclipse} on July 30th, my birthday this year. I have previously played on my brothers account before getting my own. I completely started over once I bought my account when I later remember this server and started playing it again. If i am told I have to restart again because of KingBreakerMike's lack of remembrance/knowledge of what I said I had going on then I am going to have to quit the server, or take a very.. very long break from it, which would be very unfortunate as this is one of the first servers I ever played, and I know there are many others out there but I really love the economy here and how it's all set up. Even if he says I did not tell him I was going to be gone for that week, I know for a fact I have told him whe nI joined the server I will not always know when i will be offline for long periods of time. I have much going on in my life, and this server was one of my few escapes. I KNOW I have talked to him about this. And I trusted him.

 

Yes, the chests were all locked. ​

And he never did give me the 3 day, or even 1 minute warning. ​

 

Also, I would like to add, I had 2 horses and I believe KingBreakerMike has taken those from me too. And, I don't know if this is anything but as Co-Mayor of his town I was severely harassed by two members of his town. I have screenshots of the few this they have said {that is possibly ban-worthy?} to me, and after talking to King about this he has agreed with me in the act of banning them from the town. I understand it is his town but he has added them back now that I am gone. That really feels like a major stab in the back. Would that need a separate complaint thread? Or is there nothing we can do about it?

 

I was not even inactive though, and it was all there 2 days ago then all of the sudden it's gone, and I was online before everything was gone. I got no notification of what was going on and have told them almost everything I have going on in my life and that sometimes I would not be able to tell them if I'd be offline for a while or not. And I was makign sure to actually come online every couple of days so they'd see I'm not quitting, just inactive for a little bit as I am going to spend Halloween in a hospital 2 hours away from home because I might have cancer if my kidneys. I have not had the time to tell him this info until I saw everything was already gone. But I have told him my dad is very strict and unpredictable/controlling at home and I do not know if/when I can be online because it all depends upon the mood he wakes up in. -.-​
