Felon Username: BRYCEY365 Complaint: i have not been given the minimum 3 days to retrieve my items from stonydelph. andrewkm advised me to notify BRYCEY365 that i needed to be re-added to the town to retrieve my items. Evidence: i asked BRYCEY365 to notify me via PM's on the forums when i was added and that was Wednesday 12:38am (australia EST). i was removed again at 3:01am Friday. so far i have only had 50hrs which does not meet the minimum requirements. Additional Information: http://ecocitycraft.com/forum/forums/ban-appeals-complaints.14/create-thread /region info stonydelph BRYCEY365 sent me an ingame /mail saying "Wtf dude you griefed my town!!!!" our deal was for "full rights to stonydelph" - i purchased everything within the town plot of stonydelph. part of the conditions that were agreed upon allowed me to remove BRYCEY365 which allowed me to manage the town as sole mayor. BRYCEY365 has since gone back on that part of the deal by requesting andrewkm reinstate him as sole mayor. i asked BRYCEY365 to reinstate me as sole mayor which he did not agree to. because i will not have full control of the buildings that i purchased, i am relocating them to my own town.
because he grifed my whole town, theres nothing left, you did not build the floor, the walls and if i would of gave you longer you would off took it all down.
BRYCEY365 is right, I didn't build it, I bought it for $45k and yes I will continue to transfer the rest of the blocks when I'm re-added.
Laff can you provide the screenshots of you buying the town so we know we did in fact own the materials at this point.
BRYCEY365 after hearing from Andrewkm. All things in that town belong to Laff. You are to readd him to the town and allow him the 3 days time remove his things. If you do not comply, laff80 has the right to file a new complaint. I would like both of you to keep me updated and I will be checking the perms list frequently.
