Each time he did not respond to my request, so each time I had to get a staff member. Additionally, I have had complaints from my citizens about him harassing them and stealing horse armor. I am sorry you have had to deal with this ingame. This sort of behavior is not acceptable on this server. If you do have any more problems with this player please do not hesitate to file a new complaint and get help in game from staff. I will be writting to jtslaughter822 and warning him of his actions.
