You should never go for a level X enchantment, lots of people make the mistake of thinking that when you are level 40 that the enchantment would be level 40 too even though that's often not the case, so its a scam from your point of view that person may have thought it was not a scam. but if this happens more often then I would like to see another complaint made so I can take action. also ALWAYS ask which enchantments because even a lvl 50 enchantment can be only unbreaking/efficiency (not the best enchantments)
