I decided at that time that I didn't want to give it away, as it is my first town. I proceeded to offer the user 26k as a refund; 1k going to the time taken for the process. I would like to reclaim this town, as under Section VII: Clause V.iii: "Transfer of towns are at the users own risk. The applicant owner of a town may request their town be returned to them at any time, however, these requests are dealt with on a case by case basis. The administration can choose to accept or deny these requests for any reason, and will not take into account personal deals made between users or refund money back to anyone for the transaction. Personal deals will have to be honoured in these cases on your own terms, and we will only assist them in cases of blatant scams."

People can't just reclaim towns because they decided to change their mind. I'm sorry.
