"Creation of a new account for use on the server after a ban related to username is permitted, as listed in:

Clause VI: Usernames

Inappropriate usernames are not allowed on EcoCityCraft. Unfortunately once this is brought to our attention the user may be removed from the server. The most inappropriate names that we do not allow are those with any sort of swear words and serious racial slurs. However at a staff member’s discretion; other names may as well be banned if they are deemed highly inappropriate and unacceptable in our community.
Enforcing this rule is sometimes a bit heart-breaking to those who may have gone unnoticed and established rule-abiding members of our community. All hope is not lost for you and we are still willing to work with you. Follow these steps to get back online at ECC.

1. Change your Minecraft username (You may do this at www.minecraft.net by purchasing a new minecraft account)
2. Make a Ban appeal through your old forum account at our Ban Appeal Section
3. Have 2-3 users from our community vouch for your character.
4. Once approved we will transfer your entire account over to your new username. All balance, homes, mail, will stay. Your old forum account as well will get a username change; however will keep all posts, threads, and everything else associated with it including password, pms, etc. Any McMMO levels, items, enderchest etc. will be lost in this transfer.
5. We may offer you a $25 ECC donation credit which will be placed on hold for you in our Credits Thread. You will be able to redeem this by pming the admin after approval of your new name.

Hello there,

I will be the one handling this complaint. I have contacted andrew and am currently awaiting a response from him as slave_jr was supposedly given permission to create this new account since his old one was banned for an inappropriate username. I will leave this locked until a decision has been reached, at which point I will comment back on this,

I have also issued a warning to you Mdizzle for commenting on ban appeals / complaints that do not pertain to you. Seeing as you are a builder and probably new to the forums, I suggest you read the rules of this forum section found in a stickied thread at the top of this forum's section
