Felon Name: Calevmir Complaint: I found a house in the town of Gemenon. It cost 19,975... I didn't have that much money at the time so Calevmir the "Acting Quorom" of the town said that we could make a payment plan. The deal was that by Sept 17th i would have to pay the rest of the rest of the money or i would lose perms and be kicked. During the time i payed a total of 7975 on the house. Then every time I payed he lowered the amount of money on a sign that I owed. The problem then occurs when this happend. So, the mayor of the town said, "There was a misunderstanding, we don't do payment plans here." They mayor then took away my perms. At that time I thought i was being booted from the town, so I asked Calevmir for my 7975 back and he gave it back! He then sent mail to me saying that he was very sorry and that there was a "new rule." This new rule was that I had to owe less then 5k on the house to have perms. I took a screen shot of the mail. I then talked to the mayor again and he said that i could still have the opportunity of buying the house if I pay the remaining 12k on the house soon. Today I bought 10k in in game money under Donations and Upgrades and i plan to pay 10k to the mayor to go to my house. Overall I am happy with the deal I made with the mayor but not with Calevmir. Calevmir broke our contract because the payment plan no longer is going to happen and I dont have perms which I was supposedly was going to get when we made the plan. Evidence: Screen shots of mail, our contract and me agreeing, and the sign thats says what I owe. I guess ill add that Calevmir pretty much admitted he was wrong when he sent the mail saying that there was a "new rule." This new rule shouldnt apply because the contract was made prior to it and it is not posted anywhere clearly. I am more happy with the deal the mayor and I made though so please do not cancel the mayors contract with me. LDe, it was a misunderstanding. You said overall you're perfectly fine with the deal you & I made. And you received all the money you had paid and we've discussed the 10k that you'll be giving when donations are processed, and you'll get perms then. I have no clue what happened before I got on and talked to you.

LDeBernardi I would like to confirm the following things. 1) You were given back the money correct? 2) The plot is on hold for you, correct? 3) You still have access to the plot, just without perms, correct?
Yes i was given the money back. I think the plot is on hold for me. I do have access to the plot. Some of my blocks are there. See the problem is this, we both agreed on a payment plan with perms! The payment plan was then taken from me when a "new rule" came in! Our contract was made prior to the new rule so it should still apply but I chose another route. Since I was forced to take a new option I think this is a break of contract. For this break Calevmir should pay (not 5k though) !!!!
Hello, After discussing this issue with a fellow staff member and clarifying certain things. We have decided that 1) You received a refund and still have access to your items. Further, the agreement in the screenshots did not mention perms or no perms, only ownership of the house. You have been guaranteed that the house is reserved if you can come up with the money. As of right now, all I see is a misunderstanding which everyone has tried their hardest to fix the situation. Considering you were not promised Perms according to the screens, I will not be taking any action. *Edit, According to the screenshot of the mail it explicitly states you will not be receiving perms.
