[Complaint]

actually u kept asking me it and when i was talking to dgam i said yes lol but ok u got a screen shot but i didnt kill him...

 

I don't know if this helps at all, but I did sell iStomp_Kittens the melon sword and he still owed me 100k on it.

 

I was investigating mitch1998's account possibly being used as an alternate account for IStomp_Kittens to bypass his ban and access our server, during that time it was suggest we fine out what was he was actually doing, so I checked his location and tp'ed to him vanished he had recently been advertising that he was buying perms to a farm and surprise surprise when I tp'ed to him he was in a melon farm, next thing that happened was eliteshadow disappeared, presumably tp'ed away then mitch1998 disappeared I quickly checked his location and tp'ed to him, he was at spawn, he then started claiming that eliteshadow0000 killed him and took his melon sword. There is only one possibility here and that is that in the 10 seconds that it took me to check his location and tp to him is that he was killed during this time, but due to the fact that he was being followed by a supermod and there was just a brief time when I was not with this user he will need to provide sufficient proof that this happened. Currently there is no proof provided at all that this happened, I know for a fact that you can screenshot while you are in your death screen and he could have always just scrolled up in chat and screenshotted the tp requests as it was still even in my chat when he started claiming that elite killed him.
With the screenshot you provided this makes me think this was the only possibility but that still does not give the user the right to accuse users in global channels, that kind of thing is to be kept in a complaint in this section.
This will be investigated further, it would be much easier to sort out if this user has screenshots of the actual tp request and possibly their death screen. I do know for a fact that after this occurred I was investigating it further and hung around eliteshadow for a while, he was indeed talking to dgam after the matter and from what I found he was getting him some tools and enchantment books (There was no melon sword here or anywhere).
Just leave it for now knowing it will be investigated as thoroughly as possible, as I have stated it is slightly possible that this occurred.
Also in the future I suggest you leave the posting of complaints up to the user who actually has been wronged, in this case mitch1998 would need to post this complaint in the correct format.
