Alright, so for 20peanut03 it is a bug that is known and being worked on. However for Hiworld we (Me and another staff member) decided there is not enough evidence to consider it hacking, as he could have easily jumped down from somewhere. Due to this i will be dismissing this complaint and locking it. Locked, included a bug, and not enough evidence.
