    3. Him refusing to pay.

    I already discussed this in game with the player, Zecrux. I gave him a warning that he is not to bid unless he intends to go through with it. That is all the action that will be taken on this issue. If Zecrux does it again, after my talk with him, please feel free to file a new complaint.
