Reason-Harassment/False accusations

Counter Reason-So i literally just got off a flight 2 hours ago and i thought a good way to relax would get on Ecocitycraft, i have been gone for 5 days at an amazing leadership camp. I then come to realize that the second i'm happy i have another user of ECC make me feel like crap.I found it funny as though, no matter how many times someone has to be told to stop they still don't stop. In my last complaint i asked him to stop about 3 times i have asked him to stop more than 3 times tonight, and he has yet to stop harassing me, and saying i'm someone that i'm not. I would like to be able to join ECC and not have to worry about always being put down by such users, and it would be nice if something was finally done about it.

Additional Info-He accused me of being minerofcrafts102, considering that was solved months ago and he has the audacity to bring it back up, I have read the rules and i share WiFi with miner and i'm his neighbor and i shouldn't have to explain my self to someone that likes to put others down, considering i have explained my self well good enough to the game admins, and they know that i am abiding by the rules and no rules are broken as of which me and miner are neighbors and i use his WiFi because my parents wont let me have my own. Also after me telling him many times that i'm not miner he continued to call me "minerofcrafts102" or "miner".
