Hello, Based on the LogBlock I had done on the chest involved and Drethos's previous statements on the issue, I feel that it is clear what occured. Drethos has not stated anything here and his week is up. Therefore, Drethos will be banned for scamming. In the event he appeals we can return to this issue of repayment.
