Felon Username:Garrett25c Complaint: I wonted to buy a donation featur using ecc money and Garrett25c said he would be ablbe to do that for me. We signed a contract that said that I would pay 220k up fron and pay him 80k once i got the money for a $60 featur. It has been 2 days sence he said he payed for it now and i have ask people and mods and they have told me that donations were processed this morning. I would ask him about this problem but he has been inactive for about 2 days now. I think that i have been scammed by him and can your help me get my money back or the donation featur?
