Not only did he warn you that you where entering a PVP zone, but he was naked and did not kill you....
You were warned before teleportation that you were to be tped in order to participate in a 1v1 in a pvp arena. It is your fault that you were not adequately prepared.
also this is not consider abousing tp under server rules. the rules state: There is to be no abuse of our teleport feature. Meaning if someone denied your request, do not spam them with further requests. There is to be no abuse of our teleport compass feature. Meaning, if someone asks you to stay out of a specific area, such as their town, you are to obey their request. There is nothing about tping for pvp
