Scamming and Not upholding to Contract

Clause II: Scamming

It is very difficult for us to be positive that a scam has occurred. Moderators do not have access to server logs, and thus it is the responsibility of the user to gain evidence of a scam in the form of screenshots of transaction agreements and payments in order for scams to be investigated by posting a formal complaint. For help with knowing what the staff need in screenshot evidence, there is a forum thread with a good basic outline. It is solely the responsibility of the user to trust or distrust the other user(s) in a transaction situation, and also to solve any issues that may arise. Always remember: If an offer seems too good to be true, it probably is, and use caution when proceeding. EcoCityCraft staff are not responsible for and will not refund anything lost in a scam transaction, though some staff will be happy to attempt discussions to retrieve your lost possessions on your behalf. This policy applies to all forms of transactions, including loans and item rentals.

According to this is a contract specifying that if I gave the tools not anything else just the tools back that I took from an open chest I could have a plot the size romper designated in his screen shot and that I could be co mayor of the town silenthilll. In another complaint thread it was brought to attention that the contract is void because it is not proper format and no moderators approved of it. From these screenshots you can see smallzzhd agreeing to a deal for the land and the co mayor -​

Everything was agreed apon I gave them my eff 5 silk 1 and unb 3 pick and then the eff 5 fort 3 unb 3 shovel and finally my pumpkin axe which was unb 3 and eff 5. They proceeded to cancel the deal, you can see the screenshots from below. They then proceeded to keep the items I traded them and not give them back. I repeadly asked for my items and they just ignored me. The canelled the deal (to my knowledge) becuase I failed to give them another item. Which was never part of the deal. I just want my items back and would love it if I could be comayor and own the plot the size that he designated.

Well the main point here is that because the deal was canceled you were suppose to give me my items back but you never did.

 

Well can I get them now. I have screenshots above asking for the items and you just ignored me!

 

Another update smallzzhd is claiming that all those items that I originally took from a unlocked chest were his but they were mine. He is refusing to give them back. http://i.imgur.com/bcsYY6j.png

there you go at the end it says I put in 1 axe 1 spade 1 pick

 

that is constructive information to this complaint.

there is no way for him to prove that the items he just gave me are the correct ones.
