No it is not illegal because mediafire requires you to have it in ypur account and you can only view the file from that EXACT link, and as you are all on ecc, it is legal for brycey to be posting on ECC,
Your voice is completely fine in the open, your picture has other laws against it.

Then youtube would not exist. If you do not want your voice in a public place, do not use Ventrillo.


I have reviewed the recording and played it back 5 times. All 5 times, he clearly says "wanna go to skype?". It is unclear if they are talking about Survival Games on ECC or another type or server or even another game altogether. They may be talking what is happening on another server, but since the server itself was not mentioned, nothing can be done. As far as the bullying goes, I did not hear anything abusive spoken. They only asked if you were reporting them, maybe in a tone you did not like, but not abusive. Thank you for reporting and if you need any clarification on this, please PM me brycey.
