felon username:shotgunboy0130 complaint: so on Friday I bought a town from shotgunboy for 150k it was 2 side by side towns the mrbubblez came on saying that the town named Woodstock was his and that shotgunboy had no right in selling it so I gave it back and it wasted some of the money then I removed shotgunboy as owner because he was not trusted in my mind then he said I breached the agreement which he has no proof of we did not even sign a contract. so then he said he will reclaim the town for no reason because I remove him from co major even though I never agreed to have him be on then I tried to sell a mansion he built for tguy he said no I could not and I agreed not to which is a lie I never said that so when I finally sold it he told chompin that I scammed him and I never gave tguy 1 week to move out which I was not a wear so then I told chompin hers 29k I will get u the other 26k when I can then I went to sell the town and he had lied to a mod saying I breached a contract we made so then he got his co mayor back removed me as owner f the town and now I have wasted 150k on him and he lied and scammed me. please inbox me any questions and please investigate this or have another staff member I really either want the town back or at least 100k back so please he has also been calling me a scammed and spreading rumors about this ask mrbubblez he can vouch for me evidence none
I didnt reclaim the town for no reason, i had a very legitimate reason. You said i could for 1, and you said you were gonna remove tguy and you sold his house with out giving him any warning of doing so, then you scammed chompin of 55k, and also you removed me as co mayor and part of the deal was to keep me as co mayor and you breached nearly every thing we agreed on. Alright so, Shotgunboy0130 or deondre33 do either of you have any evidence of the original agreement that was made for the transaction of the town itself? As well as I have looked through the contracts section (in case there might have been one) and there wasn't a contract there at all.
MrBubblez98 Can you back up anything that has been going on within this complaint? Was the town ever even meant to be sold, or even permitted to be sold? Deondre33 says you can vouch for him in this case. Was the town Woodstock even yours to begin with as Deondre33 has specified within the complaint?
Woodstock was mine to begin with, and I did not give permission to Shotgunboy to sell it. Although I did say to him on Friday, before I logged off, I said I was OK with it for a good price. Even if I did say this, I'd want to know if he was selling the town before he did it.
So, after speaking with MrBubblez98 in-game as well as reading his response here on the forums I have made my conclusion. Considering that there isn't any evidence on deondre33's side to back up anything, I'm going to have to go with the fact that while Shotgunboy's sale of the town was not liked by MrBubblez at the current time, MrBubblez did indeed allow you to stay a co-mayor afterward until the incident, in which Shotgunboy has provided screenshots for, had occurred. As you know a Mayor can remove a co-mayor at any point they wish. Also, since I have no evidence at all of the guidelines that there ever was within this transaction of the town being sold/given ownership to/etc, I have to go with what I'm provided with. And with what I'm provided with, is that deondre33 was removed from the town with valid reasoning and that any and all money that deondre33 had paid to purchase ownership of the town, does not have to be refunded.
