Felon Username: Sp1k3y Complaint: He asked to rent out one of my melon swords, renamed "Machine de l'argent" And he agreed to the terms, accepting them in game as well as in the forums. He was supposed to return it after 1 hour, and if we weren't online/available, he was supposed to put in the password chest we showed him, but he has not returned it for 50+ hours. He has logged on a few times since he rented it, and still hasn't returned the sword. I have the right to believe he may be multi accounting to steal the sword, which is why I would wish a ban not just on his account, but his IP. Just in another note, this player had been asking to use the sword for weeks and I had told him "once you get mayor you may use the sword" And I do not see why he would spend all the time getting mayor just to quit our server.
I've discussed the going abouts of this with you on ventrilo. I have sent sp1k3y a warning to return the sword as he has obviously agreed to based on that thread, and if it is not returned after the next time he is seen online, further action will be taken, as well I will attempt to investigate your claims of a possible multiple account issue, and if I find evidence and if the sword is not returned, an IP ban may be issued.
