Felon Username: Sheep_mage , zardgyer Complaint: I have been falsely accused of breaking a rule and falsely given warning. Upon re-reading a wiki rules related to the subject i have come up with no rule that states it is illegal to use lava in self defense (as long as it is not to grief the spawn). Current wiki rules state "Only in arenas, the nether and the mining world."but is not limited to, excessive attempts at killing players outside of a PVP area" This however does not apply due to the term "excessive attempts" witch did not happen(seen in original complaint ageist me). Killing anyone in a non-pvp area is not allowed. Intentional attempts at killing someone, whether it be by suffocation or burning, is not allowed in non-pvp and should be reported to the staff immediately as it is against the rules. Where in the evidence of the other complaint were you defending yourself? All I saw was you claiming a hole to be yours (which might I add you cannot claim land in the mining world) and forcefully removing someone from said hole. While we may not be able to catch all incidents of this, you have solid evidence against you that shows you using your donation feature against someone in an attempt to kill them. Zardgyer had a reason to warn you as you were breaking the rules and trying to kill someone in a non-pvp area.
