Additional Information: He is convinced he isn't scamming, because he has a snapshot of a moderator saying when people throw someone on the ground it is not concidered stealing. However I read all the rules before I started playing in this server and know about this one:

    Clause II: Bending the Rules

Don't bend the rules in any smart / troll-y way thinking you will get away with it and look like a genius. You won't. We do not appreciate users bending our rules in anyway to troll our community. If you see a rule that has a few loopholes, or can be bent in any way, report it to us and post it in our suggestion forum. We will gladly take a look at it and change it if need be. Finding ways around the rules will be treated under staff discretion and will result in warnings / kicks or worse. Use common sense, and don't troll the community.

    Thank you for reading.

Telling people to press "Shift Q" isn't really considered scamming. People ought to know there button layouts well enough to prevent any problem arising from this. With this in mind, it is not illegal to pick items off the ground whether it is thrown by accident or not.
