Felon Username: joeybinns Complaint: Scammed me by telling me there was a spawner in the mining world. Then told me it was in this hole and told me to dig. Nothing was there he then killed me took all my stuff. I didn't want to go int the mining world but then he kept asking me over and over, So i went in the mining world then he that's when it happened. Additional info: This is a scam by definition he lied to me by telling me there was a spawner and that it was going to give me lots of xp. Then he killed me later. I also had a Silk touch I Efficiency IV Unbreaking III diamond pick , diamond chest-plate of Protection IV, four stacks of melon blocks, and a diamond sword of Bane of the Arthropods IV Looting II. Evidence: Ask him if he did this himself. He wont lie. If he does he'll be banned for that.
MrAwesome23654, I am sorry that you had to deal with losing a lot of good items and that you cannot recover them. I am saddened to say that what you have described in this complaint, is NOT against the rules; when you are in the Mining World, you take full responsibilities for dying again damage dealt from mobs and other players. Unless this user made some sort of "player trap" which you did not describe in good enough detail in this complaint, no actions will be placed against this user. In the future, I suggest that you only go into/near players in which you trust not to trick you in the future and, if you are skeptical about the user, to not bring along your valuable items.
