    Sorry that this has happened to you, but on ECC we can not enforce anyone to stop lying in a case such as this. In events like PvP, if you want to make agreements, make sure to only make them with people that you trust. If the person in question does not give back your equipment, there is nothing that we can do about it since he killed you fair and square.
