Felon Username: xxcjxx00 Complaint: I was going to buy is spawn shop plot for 50k and I was under the impression that once it was sold to me there would be no addition costs. I paid him 30k down (25k then an additional 5k) for him/her to put the app in. I then found out that I would have to pay rent to the server. I asked for a renegotiation or my money back. He/she then simply informed me that they spent it. TLDR: I paid 30k for something I never received. Spawn market shops are rented from the server, and have always been that way. Users who have an existing spawn shop location in a good location are eligible to sell it to another user who then continues to rent it from the server. Prime market spots can run upwards of $400-700K for the sale, plus the weekly rental.
