Blackwub, who I originally heard from this has a screenshot, but it was deemed by another mod (I don't know who) that it wouldn't provide enough information. It was basically the felon saying quick, and then logging out.
I will warn the user about the use of such language, however, we cannot go forward without additional evidence about the rest of the complaint which was your reason for talking with this user. Locked.
