Minecraft Username: apic1221 Reason: wolvesasninjas wanted to rent my unb 3 silk touch pick. So i said 1k for an hour. he had to leave in half an hour so he said he would give it back then at the same pay. He was mad becasue the pick didnt have efficiancy and wanted his money back after about 10 minutes so i said no just keep the pick for 20 more minutes then give it back or give it back now (stating no refund). He gets mad and logs and is now at school. i have screen shots of our contract if he cant return it after an hour he must pay me 10k but i will be fine if he just give it back after school i need a mod or super mod to tell me what i can do if he refuses to give it back. Counter-Reason: Evidence: i have about 10 screen shots. but i am on a mac so i cant find them and my app suport file is empty. not gunna try anything until i need them.

I see this as more of a request for advice, than a complaint. In which case, you are already in a strong position as you have taken 10 screenshots, It is also good that you have alerted the staff at an early point in the situation. You have 2 main options should the user refuse to return your item: 1. You can simply terminate the contract, meaning you will receive no money, but you will almost certainly receive your item, But as the user agreed to a contract, you are in no obligated position to do so, and you are entitled to your money and your item. 2. You can continue with the contract and contact the user when online, If the situation occurs where the user will not return the item, simply post a complaint using your screenshots, and the situation will be looked into. If you have screenshotted important scenarios required for solid evidence, and what you say is correct, there should not be an issue. The second option is strongly recommended, as an agreement was reached between both users, and both agreed to the terms of a contract. This being said, you can try the first option if you want an immediate chance of the return of your item, However in your situation, with 10 screenshots, the second option should prove stronger. Please be sure make a complaint if any issues occur. Also, in future, ensure you use the correct format for complaints.
