At no point in those screen shots did you ask the user to stop talking to you. You also made no efforts ingame to resolve the problem. The user will not be banned or warned for simply asking you for things. If users were temp banned for annoying others asking for items half the people joining the server each day would be banned. If this is a partial reason for you leaving the server you should consider that people are not mind readers and sometimes need to be asked to stop.
Your screen shots are the evidence you are submitting to prove the point that the user was harassing you. The screen shots prove nothing as such your complaint ends here.
