Though the evidence does not fully support the complaint, I was present when at the time of the incident. I witnessed the conversation and can confirm the user shown in the screenshot, was infact talking about the situation reported on this complaint. To my understanding the user was aware that this was against server rules yet continued with the act, aswell as taking belongings from you in a non-pvp area. On this basis, User banned.
