Felon Username: 981lions Complaint: he was looking for a job so i offered 10k for lvling my town to lvl 65 and he gets 5k up front, and all in 7irl days. with the exeption that if he does not finish the job i get refunded my monney. so he agread to the dael and i hired him on. a few hours latter i see him hunting for another job. so i asked him if he was gunna finish the job offer i gave him he sead no way that job sucks and not for enouf monny. so i asked him if he wanted to quit and he sead yes. so naturaly i asked for my refund and he replyed "no way its your fault i gave monny up front, then i whent on to explien the deal he agread to but he still is refusing to pay me back.and he sead hed finish the job but he never did.
